Rates

Rates: Individuals (50 minutes) $175 / Couples and Families (50 minutes) $200

Cancellations: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to cancel your appointment during the appropriate time period, the full fee will be charged for that session.

Payment/Insurance: Therapy services are offered on a private pay basis. I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out of network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier in advance to understand your out of network mental health benefits and reimbursement options.

Payment is due after each session. Once you confirm that you would like to begin therapy, you will receive a secure link through SimplePractice, where you will be guided to complete onboarding forms and securely upload your credit card information. All billing and administrative information is stored securely.

Accepted forms of payment include private pay and HSA. A limited sliding scale may be available depending on availability. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about fees, payment options, or the reimbursement process.

Good Faith Notice to clients and prospective clients: Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
